Montville Township Residents: Are you dissatisfied with your Optimum/Altice service? By law, Optimum/Altice must provide the Board of Public Utilities (BPU) with their records of customer service calls and statistics. Montville Township has requested the specific information, as opposed to just statistics, and Optimum/Altice has refused to provide same.
