2. Strictly NO CANCELLATION of orders. Cancelled orders will be posted as BOGUS BUYERS and JOY RESERVERS. Take note that you will be blocked on all our accounts and will not be able to buy products from us in the future.

3.  Confirmation mails are sent out after 24-48 hours.  

4.   Payment details are included in the confirmation e-mail. No other payment options will be entertained.

5. PAYMENTS must be made within the given timeframe to avoid delays.

2. Please be informed that the price doesn't include Shipping Fee (SF). SF will depend on the courier you choose.

If event meetup, Handling Fee will be FREE given that the product/s is/are already paid. Stay posted for meetup schedules.

3. Please reply to the confirmation mail with a picture of your RECEIPT once you've paid for your order/s. Unable to do so will result to your order being recorded as unpaid. Once the deadline has passed and you haven’t sent in a receipt, your order will be cancelled and your payments will be forfeited.

1. We are not responsible for any DELAY IN SHIPMENT CAUSED BY THE COURIER and is not liable for any lost or damaged parcels while the package is in transit, or delays in shipping time on the courier’s part.

2. Our courier is mainly JRS/LBC. If you wish to use other couriers, rates may vary and you have to shoulder all the expenses.

3. We will be confirming your shipping address before the orders are sent out.

4. Shipment takes about 1-2 days for Metro Manila and 3-4 days for Provincial. Please note that this is still subject to change because of other shipping delays.

5. Ordered products will be securely packed. If you receive items that are damaged or has dents, we will not be issuing any refunds as we have no control over the shipment process of the courier. If the courier cannot find your address and if the items are shipped back to us, you have to pay another fee for the shipping. We already indicated in our forms that you have to indicate your complete address including landmarks.
