Dodgeland High School IMPACT Concussion Assessment
High school students participating in spring SOFTBALL, BASEBALL, GIRLS SOCCER and TRACK & FIELD POLE VAULT must have a current IMPACT baseline assessment completed in the event they sustain a concussion. These assessments are valid for two years unless the student sustained a concussion during the last 12 months.  

Freshmen, juniors and new to Dodgeland student-athletes comprise the majority of student-athletes needing to complete this online assessment.  Select ONE time below to complete this assessment with Athletic Trainer Wendie Schoeb.  Each group is capped at a maximum of 6 students.  Assessments will be conducted in high school classroom 342 -  PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME to room 342!  

This assessment must be completed prior to the first practice to be eligible for active participation.
