PAYMENT OF $150 IF SIGNING UP FOR A GOPHER STATE TEAM AND $75 IF SIGNING UP FOR A CMCBL TEAM TO MORA TRAVELING BASEBALL ASSOCIATION. IF CHILD DOES NOT MAKE A GOPHER STATE TEAM WHEN SIGNING UP FOR ONE, THEN $75 WILL BE REIMBURSED AT A LATER TIME AND PLAYER WILL BE PLACED ON A CMCBL TEAM. IF PARENT IS A COACH OR AN ASSISTANT COACH, THE REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE AT THE END OF THE SEASON. THERE IS A FAMILY CAP OF $400.

To COMPLETE the registration process, print out, complete, and sign the Code of Conduct and Waiver form from the MTBA website OR complete all forms electronically, and include the appropriate payment (cash, check, money order OR debit/credit card through the Square link).

Submit these documents with payment to either:

Bring them to the MTBA sign up dates at Springbrook Golf Course

Deliver forms and payment to Lane Schafer at Mora Elementary School

Deliver forms and payment to either Jayson Pautzke or Drew Szoka at Mora High School
