Payment of Grant:
Approved projects will receive funding on Facet network as Wrapped ETH (WETH), with disbursements made in a single payment or milestone-based installments, depending on the scope of the project. Details will be agreed upon following the approval of your application.

Use of Funds:
Funds provided through the Micro Grants program must be used exclusively for the purposes outlined in your application, such as project development, testing, or marketing. Any misuse of funds will result in a requirement to return the grant in full.

Reporting Requirements:
Grant recipients are required to provide periodic updates on the progress of their projects, including milestones, challenges, and overall impact.

Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights remain with the applicant. However, by accepting a grant, you agree to share non-confidential updates and outcomes with the Facet community.

Non-Binding Award:
Approval for funding does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the recipient and Facet. Facet reserves the right to terminate funding if the project deviates significantly from the proposal or fails to make adequate progress.

Publicity:
Facet may publicly reference your project and its progress in marketing or community updates.

No Liability:
Facet is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of grant funds or participation in the program.

Compliance:
Applicants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax reporting requirements related to the grant.
