Community Advisory Board (CAB) Application

Thank you for your interest in joining Dakota Child and Family Clinic's Community Advisory Board (CAB).

The CAB is a group of youth/young adults (ages 13 to 24 years old) who will advise DCFC in the development of sexual health educational materials and ensure resources accessibility for underserved communities such as BIPOC youth/young adults as well as those who identify as neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ and Two-Spirit. Board members shall receive a $100.00 gift card incentive for their participation. All CAB meetings will be held virtually via ZOOM and in-person. Applicant(s) must have access to a working device and internet to participate in the virtual meetings.
