PERSONAS DATU APSTRĀDES NOTEIKUMI:
Personas datu pārzinis: SIA “Biznesa, mākslu un
tehnoloģiju augstskola “RISEBA”” (reģ.Nr. 40003090010), Rīga, Meža iela 3 un
tās struktūrvienības un saistīti uzņēmumi (“RISEBA”).

Datu apstrādes mērķis: Mentora pieteikumu reģistrācija
“Speed dating ar mentoriem 2022 pasākumam”, atgādinājuma nosūtīšana par
pasākumu, apkopotās informācijas nosūtīšana pēc pasākuma.
Datu apstrādes pamats: apstrāde ir vajadzīga līguma,
kura līgumslēdzēja puse ir datu subjekts, izpildei vai pasākumu veikšanai pēc
datu subjekta pieprasījuma pirms līguma noslēgšanas (reģistrācija); piekrišana
(jaunumu saņemšana).
Piekļuves tiesības: piekļuve datiem ir tikai tiem
RISEBA darbiniekiem, kas nodrošina atbilstošo funkciju pildīšanu.
Datu glabāšanas termiņš: Dati tiks glabāti līdz
pasākuma beigām, kā arī tiks izmantoti pēc pasākuma, lai nosūtītu dalībniekiem
apkopotu informāciju. Ja Jūs izteiksiet vēlmi saņemt savā e-pastā jaunumus no
RISEBA, mēs glabāsim un apstrādāsim Jūsu e-pasta adresi pastāvīgi.
Datu subjektam ir tiesības pieprasīt pārzinim piekļuvi
personas datiem un to labošanu vai dzēšanu, kā arī tiesības uz datu
pārnesamību. Jums ir tiesības atsaukt piekrišanu, izmantojot atrakstīšanās
iespēju, kas ir pieejama katrā saņemtajā e-pastā.
Datu apstrādes pārkāpumu gadījumā, datu subjektam ir
tiesības iesniegt sūdzību Datu valsts inspekcijā (Elijas iela 17, Latgales
priekšpilsēta, Rīga, LV-1050).

and its related companies (“RISEBA”).
Questions about personal data processing can be sent
to RISEBA data protection officer by e-mail: dpo@riseba.lv.
Purpose of processing: Registering for the
event, communication regarding the event and follow-up information after the
event –
Legitimate basis of processing: processing is
necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party
or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering
into a contract (registartion); consent (news subscription)
Access rights: access to the data have only those RISEBA employees who ensure
the performance of the relevant functions.
Data storage term: the data will be stored until the
end of the event and will also be used after the event to send aggregated
information to participants. If you express your consent to receive news from
RISEBA in your e-mail, we will store and process your e-mail address permanently.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any
time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before
its withdrawal.
Data subject has the right to request from the controller access to and
rectification of personal data as well as the right to data portability. In
case of data processing violations, data subject has the right to submit a
complaint to the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, Elijas iela
17, Rīga, LV-1050).
