PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR 1st Reconciliation/Communion OR Confirmation, YOUR CHILD MUST HAVE COMPLETED AT LEAST ONE (1) YEAR OF AGE APPROPRIATE FORMATION IN THE 2018-19 YEAR PRIOR TO APPLYING FOR THE SACRAMENT.
