Describe your general presentation needs. Will you need power, and if so, how many outlets? You will nominally have half a table's worth of space, will that be sufficient? Will you need a monitor to display your project? Would you like a poster printed (note we need enough time to print)? Special lighting? Smoke machine? Disco ball? Lasers? (please avoid pyrotechnics) *
Describe your audio-visual needs. Will you need amplifiers, speakers or headphones, microphones, lighting? What cables and/or adapters will you need to hook everything up? Instruments to borrow? Please think through your project setup and let us know what you need to make it happen! *
