Covenant Circle Sign-Up
Let's grow our connections to our beloved community at UUCMC!

Covenant Circles are groups of 8-10 people who meet once a month for 10 months (September through June). Groups include newcomers and longer time members and friends, younger and older people. Our best hope is that people will move from circle to circle, ever widening their personal circle of beloveds in the community. Please note all circles are expected to offer a virtual option, even if meeting in person.

Each year we reconfigure covenant circles for the upcoming 10 months. It's time for new circles! In order to join a circle, please indicate below ALL the times you are available. Please note we always need people to volunteer to be facilitators to be able to accommodate everyone who would like to participate in this valuable ministry.

Our covenant circles create an intimate space for each participant to deepen their connections with each other and consider matters of ultimate worth by exploring unifying monthly themes together. It is helpful to the integrity of the circle to attend as often as possible. We hope each circle will offer both in-person and virtual opportunities. In other words, we expect you can participate in covenant circles via zoom, or in-person, whatever your comfort level.

To help us assign you to a group please mark ALL the times that you are usually available in the boxes below. Please note we are trying to ascertain availability. Exact time will be determined when the groups are formed. In general, morning meetings are 10-11:30; afternoon 2-3:30; evening 7-8:30 or as agreed upon by the group. Each group has a facilitator or contact person to manage communications. Session plans will be available by e-mail and make it easy for your group to self facilitate. Will you be your group's facilitator? We hope you will consider serving in this way. Covenant Circles can't happen without your help!
