Circles is about building a community that supports the Circle Leaders in their journey toward economic sustainability. To do that, we not only need volunteers willing to be Allies for 18+ months, we also need active and engaged Resource Teams. 

These three teams are vital: 

1. Recruitment Team
2. Community Team
3. Services Team
