All Teens in 7th to 12th grade or home-schoolers ages 13 to 18 are eligible to apply. Members are selected by an application process. Candidates should have a STRONG desire to help their community and a LOVE of the Library. All applicants will be considered, but spots are limited.

Member Requirements
Teen Library Council Members must be able to meet the following requirements:
Regularly attend meetings
Attend 2 programs a semester

The following are grounds for immediate dismissal from Teen Library Council:
Missing more than 50% of the meetings and service requirements per semester
Receiving a written warning for violating Library policies
Violating a principle of the Youth Library Behavior Policy
