All students auditioning for LCC must complete this information form before their audition.
*Returning members do not need to audition but DO need to complete this form.

Auditions: held at Puster, Hart, and SCIS.  Your student should plan to audition on their own campus.  If the planned date and time does not work with your schedule please let us know.

Wardrobe: Should your student be selected to join LCC you will need to purchase an LCC shirt (an order form will be provided), black pants or skirt, and black closed toe shoes for performances.
