LCDMHA Team Staff Application 2023-24
Thank you for expressing your interest in volunteering as a TEAM STAFF member with Lake Cowichan District Minor Hockey Association. We would not be able to continue the rich tradition of minor hockey in Lake Cowichan without volunteers like you!
  • Applicants must be a minimum of 19 YEARS of AGE.
  • ALL TEAM STAFF applications will be reviewed by the LCDMHA Executive for consideration.
  • Team Staff decisions will be made by the Executive and notifications to all applicants will be made on or before July 31.
  • It is essential that ALL TEAM STAFF regularly check and respond to emails from LCDMHA as needed.
  • Good communication, organizational skills, reliability, and dedication are essential.
  • Please read the information in the following sections CAREFULLY, as it provides an overview of all the requirements for all LCDMHA team staff volunteers.
