Clothing Swap Prep

Help sort and organize clothing donations for the FC Pride clothing swap. Once we have set the time, we will contact you to confirm availability. Use the "Other" option to share your preferred time.

Reminder: June 6 is an early dismissal for all FCASD schools.

06/05 6:00pm - 8:00pm: Night before supply drop-off - unloading and organizing event materials from vehicles into event space.

06/06 10:00am-12:00pm : Early set-up - Put everything in its place.

06/06 1:00pm - 3:00pm: Set up and decorations; vendor arrival

06/06 3:00pm - 5:00pm: Vendor/Sponsor/Resource Move-in - Help our exhibiting partners to move-in and set-up.
