Photography
Please be aware that we take photographs during the weekly run sessions and at events that you take part in while you are representing the club. These may be used on the club's website and social media accounts. Should you object to your photograph being included please ensure you make the run leader aware at the time and they can ensure you are not within the image.  Please refer to our privacy policy for further information.

The annual membership fee for:

Full Members is £26 (members joining between 01 January and 30 September*)
Concessionary Members (OAPs, Students and the unwaged) is £21
Associate Members** and Second Claim Members*** is £12

The club bank account and membership inbox is checked weekly and there may be a delay of up to 10 working days before your membership is processed, thanks in advance for your patience.
 
Please note, you will not be sent an email requesting payment; your application will be processed once the form is completed and payment is received.

*New members joining after 30 September will pay a reduced membership fee of £19 to ensure we can cover registration with England Athletics until 31 March 2025. Full membership will then be due in the New Year in line with all other members. Please note this also applies where the individual has previously been registered with England Athletics with another running club. **Associate Membership refers to non-running members of the club.

***If you are not registered with England Athletics at your first claim club, you will be required to pay the full membership fee of £26.

England Athletics Registration
When you become a member of or renew your membership with Ramsbottom Running Club your membership fee includes your registration as a member of England Athletics. As a registered athlete you are able to access a number of benefits including discounted entry on UKA licensed road and multi-terrain events. A full list of benefits can be found on the England Athletics website. 

We will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you called myAthletics. England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings. If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data when it is shared with England Athletics, please contact dataprotection@englandathletics.org
