Hi everyone! If you would like to be part of the EAC executive team for the 2019-2020 year, please fill out the application below. There are three positions we are looking to fill, so apply for whichever positions interest you. There are short descriptions below.

This application will close on Sunday, September 15th. Interviews will take place with the Co-Chairs shortly after, where you will be able to expand upon points in your application and ask us any questions you may have.

There will be more opportunities to join event planning subcommittees throughout the academic year. If you have questions or would like to share an event idea, feel free to reach out to eac@mcgilleus.ca.

Positions to fill:
Communications Coordinator
-Create TeN screen content to promote events
-Draft FB event descriptions and design event cover photos
-Submit blurbs to the pipeline (pipeline.mcgilleus.ca) to advertise events as needed
-Help Outreach Coordinator draft e-mails (almost like a listserv) to mailing list to advertise our upcoming events

Logistics Coordinator
-Develop events schedule with the rest of the committee
-Create registration form for events
-Fill out accessibility forms for events
-Call external venues to confirm event bookings
-Order food as needed for upcoming events
-Attend Internal meetings

Outreach Coordinator
-Take pictures at events to showcase how much fun we’re having!
-Make class announcements as necessary
-Liaise with EUS council and departmental councils to make announcements at meetings to boost our attendance
-Take charge of tabling at EUS Involvement Day to recruit more members
-Create an e-mail registration form for those that are interested in future EAC events
-Send e-mails to our mailing list so that students are aware of upcoming events
