After you fill out this request, you will receive several emails outlining the details of the coursework including information on how to log in to the Penn Foster site. If this isn't received within 5 business days of this request, please email info@yumachamber.org.

I understand this certification is being provided by the NRF Foundation and has been purchased by the Yuma County Chamber of Commerce for member benefit. I understand the course takes approximately 14 hours to complete and there is a required exam upon completion. Due to limited availability, I agree to complete the course (or have an employee complete the course) no later than 90 days after this request and if not completed, will reimburse the Yuma County Chamber of Commerce $125 in order to provide the training to another member unless arrangements are otherwise made in writing with the Chamber Executive Director.
