2023 Summer Camp Cancellation Form
A cancellation form is required for all cancellation requests.  No refunds are granted for cancellations made with less than ten business days' notification prior to the start of a course. All changes and cancellations are subject to a $20 fee per student per camp. Please complete one form per student.

If you are enrolled in Morning Extended Day for any of these weeks, we will cancel those programs as well. If an exception should be made, please note that below.
