MSU Mixed Methods Workshop - April 28, 2023
The Minority Politics Lab and the Methods Workshop at MSU are co-hosting an all-day mixed methods workshop featuring four experts who each make use of mixed methods in different ways in their scholarship. We are thrilled that Emily Gade (Emory), Zachary Steinert-Threlkeld (UCLA), Rana Khoury (Urbana-Champaign), and Justine Davis (Michigan) are all slated to present. Almost 30 attendees from nearby institutions are also slated to attend!

The morning will start with each of the invited speakers doing a 10-15 minute presentation on how they have used mixed methods in a project and in the afternoon participate in an expert-led panel with graduate students. The workshop would end in the afternoon with a small reception for networking over a poster session featuring work by graduate students from MSU and surrounding institutions.

This will all take place on April 28th please mark your calendars. We will send more detail on the location in the coming weeks.

We hope to see you there!

Best,

Nazita Lajevardi and Shahryar Minhas
