Wellgosh Performance Optimisation Manager - Job Application
We are looking for a Performance Optimisation Manager to join our team. In this role you will be working as part of our ecommerce team to coordinate and deliver strategies to drive traffic and sessions growth for our website.

*Location - Leicester/Remote Working

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 - Overall responsibility on coordinating and delivering the strategy for driving traffic sales and sessions growth for the website.
 - Leading initiatives across the fascia that is focused on optimising all the digital marketing channels including Search, Shopping, SEO, Affiliates, ECRM, paid social and Display.
 - Working with the Trading Manager to set all channel targets based on the sales forecast, to then track and monitor performance daily.
 - Be the main contact to coordinate with the account manager for all external digital agencies.
 - Working with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure that the correct product is promoted across the channels in order to drive sales.
 - Work on reviewing potential suppliers to bring into the business to help drive incremental performance uplift.
 - Develop automated reporting and pick up any additional requests from the senior management team that could aid business growth.

 
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

 - Will have strong stakeholder and supplier relationship skills, combined with a commercial mindset and project management approach.
 - Understand the fundamentals of all performance channels e.g. Paid media, affiliates, CRM, SEO.
 - Ability to work within and adapt to an environment which experiences frequent change with an open, flexible and supportive approach to change and innovation
 - Ability to identify weaknesses and opportunities and implement strategies to optimize performance.
 - Comfortable working under time and volume pressures
 - Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
 - Capable team member and participant, able to solve problems individually or in groups and committed to personal development.
 - Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail and an ability to plan, to prioritize and to escalate where necessary.
 - Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of sharing information effectively, in a clear, concise and professional manner
 - Experience of planning and prioritizing their own time effectively, aware of their responsibilities and committed to delivering these efficiently
 - Team management experience, ability to manage, delegate and support teams with varied skill sets in multiple disciplines.
