This is the online SMR Application Form for Grade 8 students interested in starting the Grade 9 SMR program in 2020.

It is STRONGLY advised that you answer any long-form questions in a word processing document and then copy and paste the answer into the appropriate answer box.

The due date for this application and to submit your Optional Attendance form to JPCI is Friday, January 31st, 2020.

The long-form questions you will be asked to complete are:
1) What do you see as your areas of strength?  How do you hope to nurture them as a result of being a student at JPCI?
2) Please explain why you want to join the SMR program.
3) How do you believe that the SMR program will help you achieve your future goals?
4) Teach me something using only text.  No images, no links, no ASCII art.
5) You wake up on a deserted tropical island with nothing but your every day school bag.  What do you do?
