Hello! Thank you for participating! My name is Aleksandra Michalczuk and I am a student at the Institute of English Studies at University of Warsaw and self-proclaimed acafan - academic who identifies as a fan. The purpose of this survey is to gather information about the motivations of volunteer translators of fan fiction. I believe this is an area of translation that is not getting the attention it deserves, so I will use the data to write my master's thesis on the subject.

Completing this survey will take you approximately 20 minutes. Any information you could be identified by are confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
