ASD post-assessment reports - feedback families/carers
NHS South East London are currently doing a piece of work to improve the experiences of children, young people, parents and carers who are going through the process of an autism assessment and diagnosis. We would like to improve post-diagnostic reports that are shared with parents/carers, children and young people after a diagnosis.

We’d like to hear about your experiences of post-assessment reports to help shape this work and improve these reports for others.
