RESERVATION POLICY: Reservations are not guaranteed unless full payment is received and a signed and current “Vendor Contract and Agreement” is on record. All returned checks will be charged a $30.00 fee, and the table space will be cancelled immediately.
VENDOR FEES:
Vendor Table $65
Electricity Charge $10
Premier Vendor Table $100 (large spot, corner or lobby, 8 spots available)
Vendor Hors d' oeuvre Box $10 (Friday Night- Include chef's choice hors d' oeuvres)
Vendor pre-order Lunch $15 (Chicken or Veggie wrap, chips, cookie and drink).
VENDOR SPACE: Vendor space will be pre assigned to each vendor. Assigned table number will be given at check in the morning of. Vendor spaces are indoor & outdoor (on screened in Veranda). Requests are not guaranteed.
REFUNDS: If the vendor must cancel, the Richmond Hill City Center must be notified at least fourteen days prior to the event (September 18, 2021). A full refund will be granted less $25. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of full Registration Fee.
COVID REFUND statement: Vendors will receive a full refund if we have to cancel the event. If you cancel after the deadline and the event is still happening, no refund will be issued according to the contract.
SET UP and CLEAN UP: Shop Small Fall Market begins Friday at 6pm and ends at 8pm. SSFM will resume Saturday at 10 a.m. and ends at 2 p.m. Set up time for vendors will be from 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Building will be locked and secured Friday, therefore vendors are welcome to leave their set up if they choose. Clean up cannot begin until after the event is complete, but must be done by 3 p.m. Saturday.
LIABILITY: The vendor shall in no way hold Richmond Hill City Center, LLC liable for broken, lost, stolen items, or damaged items due to fire, water or any other cause. Vendors, under franchise, are welcome to sell their products provided sales are in accordance with franchise guidelines. Richmond Hill City Center will not be liable for vendor violation of franchise agreements.
MASKS: At this time, Masks are considered optional for Vendors & Shoppers at this time, this is subject to change prior to the event.
