For liability reasons, all users of the Carlton Trail Ski Club’s maintained trails, land, and facilities who are NOT current members of the Carlton Trail Ski Club are required to:

1. Pay the posted daily trail fee via e-transfer to carltontrailskiclub@gmail.com, or deposited in fee box.

2. Read the paragraph that follows and "sign" the waiver below.

I understand there are inherent risks involved in use of the land, facilities, and groomed ski trails owned and maintained by the Carlton Trail Ski Club and hereby release and hold harmless the Carlton Trail Ski Club from any and all liability for injury or loss that may be suffered as a result of my/our use of the land, facilities, and groomed ski trails.
