I understand:
* Spaces will be filled on a first come first serve basis and must be submitted via the Google form. If a family in enrollment priority 1 submits their request after enrollment opens for priority level 2 their enrollment request will be processed in order of receipt based on the timestamps recorded with the Google form.
* Submitting the Google form does not guarantee enrollment in the CCP after-school program, space is limited, and demand is high. We are doing our best to secure additional teachers to accommodate more families. You will receive an email from the Program & Enrollment Specialist verifying that we have a spot for your child/ren.
* Families that submit the enrollment form but do not get a space are automatically added to the waitlist in order of form submission and will notified of their status.
Requirements for Enrollment:
1. Upon notification that your child has a spot for fall 2024 you will be required to submit the non-refundable deposit of 50% one month’s tuition, due within 14-days of notification. Current Families have the option to roll over the current deposit on hand and apply it to the fall. We must have your approval to do so. The necessary adjustments to the deposit will be applied to the August invoice.
2. Once the non-refundable deposit is received CCP will confirm enrollment via email and provide instructions for next steps. The CCP enrollment packet will be sent via adobe sign, a family may request a hard copy of the packet.
3. The enrollment packet is due no later than 14 days from receipt unless otherwise specified.
* A Child may not attend CCP until the enrollment packet and non-refundable deposit are received.
* Not submitting a deposit and or enrollment packet on time may result in loss of your space and forfeiting of the deposit.
* Please send/deliver non-refundable deposits and hard copy enrollment packets to the administrative office or your site supervisor. The admin office is located at 225 Cabrillo Hwy S, Suite 208D, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019. Office hours are M-F 9am-5:00pm, if the office is closed enrollment packets may be slid under the interior office door. (The admin office is located at Shoreline Station. It is an interior office on the second floor of the light mint colored building across the parking lot from the sheriff substation.)
