Design for America of NYU is founded on a passion to use human-centered design to tackle social issues locally and globally and to develop solutions that have social impact.

The DFA-NYU studio is a powerful platform that connects students from different schools, with varying backgrounds and interests, to create a community of socially mindful change makers. We provide opportunities for students to go outside of the classroom and put their learning into action through social innovation.
