We would like to receive feedback about which blended learning model would best support our families as we plan to transition back into the school building. You may select remote learning at anytime BUT may only opt in to blended learning (partial in-person instruction) at specific times during the year as determined by the city. We will present the data at a Parent Town Hall on July 29th.

Model 4A/4B - (Alternating week by week in person instruction)

Model 5A/5B - (Alternating days within the week for in person instruction)

Prefer a full remote learning schedule. Instruction from home all of the time. (Consists of students who opt out of in-person instruction. This is Group D)
