TCT Trailblazers: Class of 2022 Interest Form
Welcome! We’re delighted you’re interested in becoming one of the first thru-hikers of the Transcaucasian Trail.

If you haven’t already, please review the information here: https://transcaucasiantrail.org/en/tct-trailblazers/

Please answer the questions below, which are designed to help you consider whether attempting a thru-hike of the TCT is the right challenge for you.

These questions are not intended as a gatekeeping exercise, but merely as a self-assessment of whether you will be prepared for the conditions you will encounter and to give us some background information on our hikers so we can help you make the most of your experience. It’s certainly not a prerequisite to have done another thru-hike, or to speak a local language, but your experience and skills will shape the experience you end up having.

If you decide that a thru-hike isn’t for you yet, but are seeking to advance your current skill set and spend time in the Caucasus mountains, we recommend starting on a marked and maintained section of the TCT, which you can find on our website. There’s lots to explore!
