Coronavirus Coping Initiative

Please fill out this form if you're willing to help a neighbour who is elderly, infirm, has a chronic condition, is self-isolating, or is otherwise needing someone to fetch things for them.

We are not asking anyone to have physical contact or to enter anyone's home.

We are not asking you to pay for someone else's groceries, prescriptions or other supplies, but feel free to, if you like.

We are asking you to donate your time, your vehicle and some gas.

We are only collecting data for Westmount residents at this time.
