Një nga qëllimet kryesore të themelimit të Shoqatës për Promovimin e Elektromobilitetit (APEM) në Universitetin POLIS, është promovimi dhe popullarizimi i përdorimit të automjeteve elektrike në trafik. Aktivitetet kryesore të Shoqatës janë të fokusuara në mbajtjen e workshop-eve me qëllim promovimin e elektromobilitetit në komunitetet lokale dhe urbane, pjesëmarrjen në zhvillimin e strategjive zhvillimore dhe nxitjen e elektromobilitetit në nivel vendor dhe rajonal, grumbullimi i fondeve për punë shkencore dhe kërkimore në fushën e elektromobilitetit, dhënia e propozimeve dhe mendimeve në lidhje me modernizimin e kurrikulave etj. Duke marrë parasysh rëndësinë dhe praninë në rritje të elektromobilitetit në botë, ekzistenca dhe puna e Shoqatës paraqet një hap të rëndësishëm përpara në monitorimin e tendencave moderne në zhvillimin e teknologjisë dhe shoqërisë.

One of the main goals of establishing the Association for the Promotion of Electromobility (APEM) at POLIS University is to promote and popularize the use of electric vehicles in traffic. The main activities of the Association are aimed at holding workshops to promote electromobility in local and city communities, participating in the creation of strategies for the development and encouragement of electromobility at the local, city, entity and state levels, collecting funds for scientific research work in the field of electromobility, making proposals and opinions regarding the modernization of curricula, etc. Considering the importance and increasing presence of electromobility in the world, the existence and work of the Association represents a significant step forward in monitoring modern trends in the development of technology and society.
