Welcome to Young Elementary! We are so excited to have your child join our very first Pep and Cheer program at Y.E.S., Young Elementary School. If your child will be in 4th, 5th, or 6th grade next year and is interested in joining Pep or Cheer, please complete this form by Monday, May 18th, 2020. In addition to this form you will need to attend our parent informational meeting on Tuesday, May 19th, 2020 at 5:30 pm via the Zoom link attached to this form.
After you fill out this form, we will email you a copy of our Young Pep & Cheer Code of Conduct. We ask that you download and read the Young Pep & Cheer Code of Conduct with your child prior to our meeting. We will be covering our Code of Conduct in our meeting and will be answering any questions you have during our meeting.
At our meeting, we will also go over uniform fitting information if you are interested in purchasing a uniform for your child. Since we cannot do in-person fittings, families will need to do their own measurements for new uniforms. We do not want "purchasing a uniform" to hold anyone back from joining our program, so please work with the school if this is the case.
