CO-PIC Training Site Application
Hello, and thank you for your interest in becoming a Colorado Psychology Internship Consortium (CO-PIC) training site! CO-PIC is an APA-accredited doctoral psychology internship program, with a mission to prepare and retain psychologists to provide high quality behavioral health care for rural and underserved populations in the state of Colorado. Currently, CO-PIC is comprised of the following member sites: Bright Future Foundation (Avon, CO), STRIDE Community Mental Health (Aurora, CO), Your Hope Center (Eagle, CO), Code-4 Counseling (Lonetree, CO), and Eagle Valley Behavioral Health (Vail, CO).

Site Supervisor Information
Each CO-PIC training site must employ at least one FT licensed psychologist, who will serve as the primary, on-site supervisor to any intern(s) placed at the site. The primary supervisor must be licensed to practice psychology in Colorado. Please answer the following questions about the site supervisor(s):

Site Training Expertise

Trainee Experiences
CO-PIC's internship program follows APA accreditation standards where interns receive training in multiple domains during their internship year. Please tell us about the possible training opportunities that interns could receive at your training site.
Please describe the supervised training activities that would be available to interns at your training site. Activities may include (but are not limited to): Psychological, psychoeducational, or neuropsychological assessment, individual and group therapy, consultation, supervision of practicum students or externs, research and program evaluation, crisis and safety management, and other training activities. *
Does your site have the ability to ensure that between 15-20 hours/wk of intern time will be spent in face-to-face (or telehealth) psychological services with patients/clients? *
Interns are required to attend a minimum of 8 hours of didactics per month, on a regularly scheduled basis. Will your site agree to prioritize this training requirement? *
Interns are required to receive a minimum of 4 hours per week of supervision by appropriately credentialed professionals. At a minimum, 2 of these supervision hours are required to be with the primary site supervisor (licensed psychologist). Will the site prioritize and allow for these APA training requirements? *
On average, how many hours per week will interns be expected to work? *
