Audition dates are June 19, 20, and 21. *All forms submitted by 11:59 pm May 31st, 2023 with receive a $50 credit towards the mandatory IMDP 2023 Company Summer Intensive.

I hereby authorize In Motion Dance Productions to use my child's photo or likeness related to my experiences with In Motion Dance Productions and/or In Motion Dance Project. I understand this information may be used in publications, including electronic publications, audiovisual presentations, promotional literature, advertising, and social media. My consent is freely given as a public service to In Motion Dance Productions without expecting payment. I release In Motion Dance Productions and/or In Motion Dance Project and their respective employees, officers and agents from any and all liability which may arise from the use of such news media stories, promotional materials, written articles, videotape and/or photographs.
