Spring Dance Showcase 2021: "Step In Time" Ticket Reservation Form

Please use the form below to reserve tickets for the Spring Dance Showcase 2021: "Step In Time". The performance will take place at the Ridge High School Performing Arts Center on May 20th at 7:00 pm.
Please be advised of the safety protocols for the performance below. We look forward to seeing you. Thank you for supporting the Ridge Dance Department!

1. This performance is only open to an invited audience. Each dancer will receive TWO tickets for the performance. Seating will be general. All guests must sit in a taped seat only. In addition to completing this reservation form, you must submit the TICKET ORDER FORM. BOTH forms must be completed for Mrs. Miranda to complete your ticket order and give you your tickets.

2. Mrs. Miranda will only collect the ticket order form in class or during rehearsal from May 6th - May 14th. No tickets will be handed out after May 14th. Please do not place the ticket order form in her mailbox.

3. When you receive your tickets you will also receive two hard copies of the COVID-19 screening form. EACH GUEST MUST COMPLETE A COVID-19 SCREENING FORM TO ATTEND THE PERFORMANCE.

4. Upon arrival, your COVID-19 screening form will be collected and a temperature scan will take place. Any guest with a temperature scan above 100.4 will not be admitted. You must have a ticket in hand to be admitted. TICKETS WILL NOT BE REPLACED IF THEY ARE LOST OR MISPLACED. Doors will open at 6:45 pm for the performance.

5. Masks must be worn while in attendance at the performance.

6. Paper showcase programs will not be used, rather a QR code that the guest can retrieve from their cellular phone. The QR code will be emailed out to the email addresses submitted on this form prior to the performance.

7. At the conclusion of the performance, audience members will be asked to return to their personal vehicles to depart the performance. Parents of performers will be asked to greet their child at their personal vehicle as opposed to waiting in the PAC lobby. This will avoid gatherings that are not socially distanced.

8. Concessions will not be sold at this event.
