Description of Fields Fellows
The Fields Fellows are trained peer leaders/educators who educate and advocate for the Princeton community in relation to diversity, inclusion, and social justice through peer-facilitated workshops, trainings, dialogues, programming such as Cross Cultural Dinners, as well as serving as an informal support for students who experience discrimination and bias.
Carl Fields Center Fellows are the face of the Fields Center. As a fellow, your involvement with the Carl Fields Center ranges from assisting the Center with outreach about programs and events, aiding in diversity and social justice discussions, workshops, and retreats to planning events and programs for the Fields Center and co-facilitating peer training's and workshops.
