Vendor Guidelines

Please read the vendor guidelines before submitting. After your application is reviewed, we will send your acceptance by email will be due in 48 hours to hold your spot.

All vendors are expected to:

Arrive at the venue in D.C. two(2) hours prior to the event start time to set-up. Be prepared to break-down after the end of the event.

Stay for the duration of the event.

Come prepared to accept payment directly from attendees.

WE WILL NOT BE ALLOWING SALES OF ANYTHING THAT IS PROHIBITED OR UNLAWFUL, WE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERING APPLICATIONS REQUESTING SALES OF THESE ITEMS.
