Virtual Conference Platform
Greetings!  The National Deaf Center on Postsecondary Outcomes (NDC) is collecting feedback from those who are using a virtual conference platform for their event(s) that is accessible, user friendly, and provides an engaging virtual experience for participants.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with virtual conference platforms with us.
What virtual conference platform are you currently using? *
Required
Accessibility: Does it allow for the interpreter box to be visible at all times (does not default to the screen with audio)? Is it compliant with software used by blind people to access the platform? Is it flexible with setting up real-time captions (placement and features)?
Format Features:  Can it support a variety of virtual activities such as multiple presentations at the same time, panels, group meets, and a space for networking?  Are there any challenges with participants accessing the platform? Can the virtual platform be accessed through different devices (tablet, mobile device, laptop)?
Event Planning:  Whether the virtual conference is set-up by the vendor for a fee or prepared in-house, what has been your experience with this approach? Is the layout easy for participants to navigate (registration/sign-up, exploring the virtual conference space, accessing presentation materials)? What was the customer service experience from the vendor like?
We welcome any additional feedback.
