Windy Row Tutor Trainees must:
* Attend 54 hours of seminars held 9AM - 3PM one Saturday per month, September to May.
* Complete 100 hours of supervised tutoring practicum with two students (4 hours per week x 25 weeks).
* Intend to work for Windy Row the following school year tutoring at least 2 students per week.
