Midsummer Volunteer Application Form
The Bulkley Valley Folk Music Society brings together over 200 volunteers every year to create the magic of the Smithers Midsummer Music Festival. We would love for you to join our team!

Festival Dates:
July 5th-7th, 2024

2024 Work Bee Dates:
Festival Prep: June 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
Festival Setup: July 3rd-5th
Festival Takedown: July 8th

Volunteer Benefits:
4 hours = day pass (same day)
12 hours = free weekend pass
24 hours = weekend pass + delicious meals
