CPARC Fall 2023 Ham Cram Signup Sheet
This is the signup form for the Ham Cram on October 14, 2023 hosted by CPARC. The Ham Cram event will be from 9:00 am to around 3:00 pm on Saturday, October 14, 2023 in Building 8, Room 123 (Bioresource and Agriculture Building) and will cover all of the material to pass the technician level license. Our course has had an extremely high pass rate of 95%

The cost for the Cal Poly Ham Cram is $10 cash and includes snacks, drinks, and test materials. The test alone costs $10 (free for minors, students, Active Military, and Veterans) - if you want to show up for the test only, then show up around 3:00 PM.

Once you obtain your license, as 95% of applicants do, you will have the choice to pay $35 to the FCC to obtain your license. This is required if you would like extra credit for the courses listed below.

For Cal Poly Students and anyone filling out this form, use an email address the FCC will be able to contact you at for 10 years (school @calpoly.edu emails should not be used when signing up for the test session, but can be used on this form for contact info about the HAM Cram itself).
