Covid-19/Coronavirus Philly Housing Impact
This is a form created for tenants by tenants to better understand our shared experiences of living under landlords in Philadelphia as the Covid-19 Coronavirus pandemic unfolds.

We have heard the call for a national rent strike and know that many people have reached out to their landlords and attempted to arrange an alternative payment agreement-- whether that's rent forgiveness, a lowered rate, or any other alternative. But what happens next? We know that come April 1 (and beyond) many will be unable to pay regardless of whether or not an agreement was reached. We know we need to vision how to care for each other as people begin receiving responses from those letters, and as our collective needs grow.

We believe one way to do this is to collect our stories, share them with each other, and keep track of trends occurring across these interactions. Please fill out the below form to share yours!
