Community Needs Assessment Registration
Cicatelli Associates Inc. (CAI) is implementing HOPE Buffalo, a community-led initiative to promote lifelong personal health and wellness among youth and young adults. As part of this initiative, CAI is partnering with Erie Niagara Area Health Education Center (AHEC) and young adult researchers to learn about different ways to improve pathways to workforce development for young adults.

We hope that by learning from community perspectives, we can design ways to improve pathways to workforce development and present these recommendations to various stakeholders (e.g., workforce development programs, employers, young adults, etc.).

Please fill out the form below if you are interested in completing an interview, focus group, or survey. Interview sessions will last approximately 30-60 minutes and will take place via Zoom. You will receive a Zoom link and consent form for the study via email once you have registered.
