Things to know before you apply:
At Vintage Runway Market we encourage a positive, fun and supportive environment!

The vendor fee is $100 for all vendors.

For the Spring event, we will have vendors set up inside and outside the Thompson Hangar at Terre Haute Regional Airport. All outside vendors without a mobile unit will be housed under a large commercial vendor tent (with sides)...no need to bring your own tent!

This is a ‘juried’ event. This means that your application will be reviewed and it will be determined if you are accepted into the market. For more information on this, please see the vendor FAQ page on our website. https://www.vintagerunwaymarket.com

**PLEASE READ!! Due to the overwhelming response, we are currently **FULL IN ALL VENDOR CATEGORIES.** We are happy to still take your application should one of our accepted vendors be unable to attend. We will NOT be responding to any additional applications unless we need to contact you to fill a space.**

We do not accept direct sales/MLM vendors.

Mobile trailer units, food trucks, and anyone set up outside needing electrical will need to bring their own generator and/or water. There are no electrical or water hookups available outside. Inside of the hangar has some outlets, but we cannot guarantee your booth will have access to an outlet. If electricity is necessary for your 10x10 to function, please state so in the comments section of your application.

Food vendors must have the proper permits from the Vigo County Health Department, and anything required for you to sell food/drinks. The Health Department could come to do an inspection the day of the event.

Alcohol vendors are responsible for making sure they have everything required to sell alcohol legally. It is also your responsibility to contact excise police prior to setting up at this event.

Those choosing to set up in a 10x10 space will be placed either inside or outside by the event coordinators. Commercial vendor tents will be provided to all vendors setting up outside without a mobile trailer. If you were inside the hangar in the past, we cannot guarantee placement inside the hangar again.

Everyone that applies will receive an email back stating if they have been accepted or not. If you have not been contacted by February 2023, please reach out via email. You will need to add highfivecollectivellc@gmail.com to your email contacts. Be sure to follow both Vintage Runway Market and High Five Collective Facebook pages for updates!

In the event that any of the items that I sell causes harm to purchaser or any other person, I accept full responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages and will hold harmless High Five Collective, LLC, Angie Burrus Photography, Hoosier Aviation, Terre Haute Regional Airport, Vintage Runway Market, Angie Burrus or any of their staff, volunteers or sponsors. I agree to act in a manner which represents the Vintage Runway Market and understand I will be asked to leave the premises if not upheld with no monies refunded.
