Walking home permission letter (Y5 and 6 only)

As part of our drive for excellence and resilience we offer children in Years 5 and 6 the opportunity to be given permission to walk home from school independently.

If you wish to give your child permission to be released from school at the end of the day then please complete the form below - permission may be granted at any point during the year.

If there are any changes to permissions etc then just let the class teacher know so they can adjust their records. Please note that children in Y5 and Y6 cannot collect younger sibling to escort them home - they will still need to be collected by an adult please.
