2021 LMHS Football Summer Program Registration
Please complete the following form to enroll your high school student-athlete in this summer's football program. The fee of $125 enables your student-athlete to participate during their respective team's strength & conditioning sessions AND August grade-level football camps. Participants are guaranteed a camp t-shirt if signed up on/before July 10th.

*A portion of this fee ($75) covers the student's strength & conditioning fee for the entire school year.

June 14 - July 23, Lifting and Install
> M/W/F, 6:00AM - 8:00AM

Aug 2nd - Aug 5th, Summer Camp
> 4:00PM - 6:30PM
> Bring BLACK cleats & Water bottle
> Wear LM T-Shirt at ALL team events, Black or Red Shorts, Black Calf-high socks
** Watermelon feed to finish camp
10th Grade Dates & Times

> Lifting: M/W/F, 3:00PM - 4:00PM
> Football Skills & Speed: T/TH, 3:00PM - 4:30PM

Aug 2nd - Aug 5th, Summer Camp

Aug 4th - Aug 6th, Summer Camp at Camp Dodge (Iowa National Guard Training Center, Johnston)
> Leave at Noon, August 4th; Return at 8:00PM, August 6th
> Bring BLACK cleats & Water bottle
> Wear LM T-Shirt at ALL team events, Black or Red Shorts, Black Calf-high socks
