For individuals and organizations interested in using spaces at American Stage for rentals, presentations, or co-productions. Performance rentals are subject to content approval by the Producing Artistic Director.
Please be aware that all renters will need to provide their own Certificate of Insurance, holding American Stage and St. Petersburg College free from liability.

Rental of the Mainstage theater automatically includes use of the lobby prior to and during the event. Use of the REHEARSAL HALL/DRESSING ROOMS may incur an extra charge. The LOBBY or REHEARSAL HALL may be rented separately.

Technical Needs - LOBBY

Personnel
All rental agreements require the use of an American Stage House Manager to facilitate the event, and assist with seating and security. Additional personnel may be required, depending on the event.

Catering
Will outside food be served at your event? St. Pete College requires that caterers provide a certificate of insurance to American Stage and St. Petersburg college. In addition, a walkthrough with the caterer will be required prior to the event. A list of preferred vendors is below:

Bar/Concessions
$50 bartender fee to open the bar and provide bar services. American Stage offers beer, wine and cocktails priced between $6-$9/drink, as well as non-alcoholic options.
