Thank you for your interest in becoming a facilitator with Because I'm Worth It Retreats!   My team and I are committed to providing experienced, high quality speakers to help as we help create life-changing retreats for women!

What can you expect as a facilitator at a Because I'm Worth It Retreat?  An opportunity to have an impact on the lives of women.  Our women's retreats are unique, carefully designed, opportunities for women from all over the world to come together and, relax, reflect, regenerate and revitalize their lives!  In order to do that, we select amazing speakers to share a story, a product, a program or anything that can be shared with other women to have a positive result.  No matter if it is a fitness program, an art/craft type program, a mental health strategy, a healing strategy, a time management solution, a fun stress reliever...if you think it can help a fellow woman, go for it!  Our retreats are a combination of fun, serious and reflection that all women can appreciate.

The first step in our process is to have you complete an application that tells us about you and your area of expertise or program.  We will ask for you to provide some excerpts or examples of your materials to be reviewed by a committee of experienced retreat facilitators.  No experience?  No problem...we can also help you move forward in your goals by pairing you up with experienced retreat facilitators to mentor and provide feedback to you.

If selected, you and your workshop(s) will be entered into a database along with other facilitators and when we are in the process of developing the content and agenda for retreats, we may offer you the opportunity to facilitate a session.  As this business grow, the number of retreats offered each year will grow as well.   Your fee will be based on your experience, length of time you are needed to be onsite and/or the number of participants registered for the retreat.  Contracts will be negotiated prior to announcing the final agenda.
