We are so excited to have your student(s) in our music electives for the 2023-2024 school year!

Please complete this form to register your student(s).  Choices are as follows:

- All students entering 4th grade:  choir and orchestra

- All students entering 5th grade:  band, choir, and orchestra

- Montessori students entering 6th, 7th, and 8th grades:  band, choir, and orchestra

Please note:  Instrument selections will be made at a later date.
